WARRANTY INFORMATION

EQUIPMENT:

New Residential Equipment Installations:

Residential Equipment Manufacturer Standard Warranties on a complete system come with a 5-year
warranty on the equipment installed. With ELC, we will register your equipment with the equipment manufacturer and your warranties will increase to a 10-year parts and compressor warranty for the complete system. This 10-year parts and compressor warranty certification with the equipment manufacturer will be emailed to you, for your records, with the equipment installation date.

New Commercial Equipment Installations:

New Commercial Equipment will come with a 1-year parts and a 5-year compressor warranty.

LABOR:

Residential Service Labor Warranty:

Service work will have a 90-day labor warranty on all repair service work performed. New Complete System installations labor warranty will be 1-year. ELC can offer an Option 10-year labor warranty that can be purchased and applied to the total cost on your new complete system installation that will coincide with the registered 10-year parts warranty on the complete system, giving you a total of 10-year parts and 10-year labor.

Commercial Service Labor Warranty:

Service work will be provided with a 30-day labor warranty on all repair service work performed. New Complete Installations will come with a 1-year labor warranty.
